Spirulina Pesto
Ingredients:
- 2 bunches of basil leaves, leaves removed
- ½ cup pistachios or pine nuts
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- salt to taste
- a squeeze of lemon juice
- 1 capsule of Simpliigood spirulina
For serving:
- grated feta cheese
- chopped pistachios
Instructions:
- combine all ingredients and pulse until smooth in a food processor or blender.
- Spread on bread slices.
- Top with grated feta cheese and chopped pistachios.
- Enjoy!
