Spirulina Pesto

Ingredients:

  • 2 bunches of basil leaves, leaves removed
  • ½ cup pistachios or pine nuts
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • salt to taste
  • a squeeze of lemon juice
  • 1 capsule of Simpliigood spirulina

For serving:

  • grated feta cheese
  • chopped pistachios

Instructions:

  1. combine all ingredients and pulse until smooth in a food processor or blender.
  2. Spread on bread slices.
  3. Top with grated feta cheese and chopped pistachios.
  4. Enjoy!
