Order Cancellations: We accept order cancellations prior to shipping out the order. If you wish to cancel your unshipped order, please contact us at contact@simpliigood.com as soon as possible. Provide your order details, including the order number and items to be canceled. Our customer service team will assist you promptly in canceling your order and processing any refunds, if applicable.

For Defective Products:

  • We accept returns for defective or damaged products.
  • Returns must be made by mail.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@simpliigood.com. We will provide you with step-by-step instructions.
  • We will provide a downloadable return label.
  • The client is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • You have 30 days from the date of receiving the item to initiate the return.
  • We accept returns of unused products.
  • No restocking fee is charged.
  • Refunds will be processed within 30 business days of receiving the return. Please note that the original shipping cost will not be refunded.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
