Shipping times

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via UPS.

Shipping rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the order and the shipping destination.

Shipping methods

We offer the following shipping methods:

Standard shipping: 3-5 business days
Expedited shipping: 2-3 business days

Shipping to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses

We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

International shipping

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Dry ice

Our spirulina is shipped frozen with dry ice to maintain its freshness. The dry ice will keep the spirulina frozen for up to 72 hours from the time it leaves our warehouse.

Instructions upon receiving your order

Upon receiving your order, please immediately place the spirulina in your freezer.
If the spirulina arrives thawed, please do not refreeze it. Instead, discard it and contact us for a replacement.

Returns and refunds

If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
