OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES – SIMPLIIGOOD

1. Promotion Description

Each contest or giveaway by SIMPLIIGOOD (the “Promotion”) will begin and end on the dates specified in the relevant post or story on SIMPLIIGOOD’s official social media pages. Participation is subject to these Official Rules and the decisions of Algaecore LLC, 1430 Broadway Ste 1503, New York, NY, 10018 (the “Sponsor”), which are final and binding in all respects. This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with META, Instagram, Facebook, or any other social media platform.

Promotion period: November 13, 2025 – November 19, 2025.

2. Eligibility

Open only to individuals 18 years of age or older who are legal residents of, and physically located within, the United States at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and those living in the same household are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited by law.

3. How to Enter

Follow the instructions in the relevant post on SIMPLIIGOOD’s official accounts (e.g., follow @simpliigood.us, like the post, and tag two friends in the comments). All steps must be completed as described and within the designated timeframe. Automated entries, fake accounts, or multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified. Only entries made through SIMPLIIGOOD’s official social media channels will be accepted.

• Limit: one entry per person per Promotion, unless stated otherwise.

• The Sponsor’s systems and timestamps determine eligibility.

• In case of a dispute, the “authorized account holder” of the social media profile used for entry will be deemed the entrant.

4. Disqualification

The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant who violates these Official Rules, tampers with the entry process, acts in bad faith, or disrupts the fair operation of the Promotion.

5. Winner Selection

At the end of the Promotion Period, a random drawing will be held from all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor or its designee on November 20, 2025. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

6. Prizes

Five (5) winners will each receive a package of 60 frozen spirulina portions, with a retail value of $149 USD per package. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

7. Winner Notification and Redemption

Potential winners will be notified by direct message or comment within 72 hours of the drawing. Winners must respond and confirm acceptance within 3 days of notification. If a winner fails to respond, cannot accept the prize, or is found ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Unclaimed portions of prizes will be forfeited.

8. Taxes and Costs

All applicable federal, state, and local taxes, and any other fees associated with prize acceptance, are the sole responsibility of the winner. The Sponsor may require winners to complete tax forms or provide identification as required by law.

9. General Conditions; Limitation of Liability

Participation is at each entrant’s own risk. The Promotion and prizes are provided “AS IS,” without warranties of any kind. The Sponsor makes no representations or warranties regarding the Promotion or the prizes. The Sponsor reserves the right to clarify or amend these rules without materially affecting the Promotion’s terms.

10. Publicity and Use of Information

By participating and accepting a prize, each winner grants the Sponsor an unrestricted, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use their name, likeness, voice, city of residence, and any statements or media (photos, videos) provided or captured during the Promotion for promotional, advertising, or marketing purposes in any media, without further compensation or notice, except where prohibited by law.

11. Privacy

12. Cancellation or Modification

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, suspend, or modify the Promotion if its integrity, fairness, or proper conduct is compromised by technical malfunction, fraud, unauthorized intervention, or any other cause beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control. In such case, winners will be selected from eligible entries received prior to cancellation.

13. Technical Limitations and Disclaimers

The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, delayed, misdirected, or incomplete entries; network, computer, or software malfunctions; server or platform outages; or any direct or indirect damages arising from participation in the Promotion.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States. Any disputes shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York, NY. If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
